Refund and Cancellation Policy
Bhejo Gaadi values your time and strives to provide flexible and transparent policies for ride booking, cancellation, and refund. Please read the following terms carefully before making or cancelling a booking:
- Customers can cancel a ride booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time without any cancellation fee.
- If a cancellation is made within 1 hour of the scheduled pickup time, a nominal cancellation charge may apply to cover driver allocation and operational costs.
- If a customer fails to show up at the pickup location or provides an incorrect pickup address, the ride will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be applicable.
- If the ride is cancelled by Bhejo Gaadi or the assigned driver due to unforeseen operational issues, customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- In case of prepaid rides (paid online via UPI, card, or wallet), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
- Refunds will not be provided for any cancellations made after the driver has reached the pickup location or if the trip has already started.
- Customers can contact our Customer Support team in case of disputes, incorrect charges, or technical issues related to cancellations or refunds. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Note: Bhejo Gaadi reserves the right to amend this policy at any time to reflect operational changes or regulatory updates.
